Champions, Past and Present
The 2014 mens champion is Steve Winstanley, who defeated last years champion James Ayoub in a tight struggle.
Current women's champion is Lee Adolfson, who has won several times in the past, and who also distinguished by being the longest serving president of the club. Her commitment to WSLTA, and the capital improvements that occurred under her leadership stand the club in good stead for the future. At the 2013 AGM, Lee was inducted into the very small group of club life members.

The tradition of nurturing talent continues in the club. In 2007 at the re-opening of court 4, presided over by the wonderful Ken Rosewall, two future champions recieved words of advice. James Ayoub along with his brother Jeremy in this photo with Ken won the singles in 2012.
David Roberts, singles and doubles champion in 2011, and doubles champion in 2013 looks somewhat overawed.
The club offers a rare opportunity for aspiring champions to play on both synthetic and grass courts and continues the over 100 years tradition of sporting excellence. The club welcomes new members to come a play on the traditional grass courts that have seen countless champions.
